Our Story
CCS Leasing is a local Pilbara based company established by two crane technicians, Josh John and Justin Langridge. The pair are also Directors of Complete Crane Solutions, a leading crane maintenance and repairs company in the region.
Josh and Justin established CCS Leasing after noticing a gap in the market for top-quality, hassle-free dry hire equipment for local project needs in northern WA.
Josh and Justin met working overseas in Eritrea, Africa as colleagues and senior crane technicians. They discovered an alignment of values and complimentary skill-sets and saw the opportunity to utilise their shared expertise to become business partners across multiple crane industry ventures.
What sets them apart is their in-house maintenance and repair expertise, as well as their focus on ease of service and delivery. Every piece of machinery or equipment undergoes specialist inspection prior to distribution. That’s the CCS Leasing Guarantee.

Justin Langridge
A husband and father of two young girls, Justin is a seasoned crane technician who earned his keep on Barrow Island maintaining various crane types and transport-supporting equipment for nine years. He acquired global experience working overseas in Eritrea, Africa, and Papua New Guinea. Justin has experience maintaining large fleets of cranes and transport machinery, as well as leading and delivering training to national teams of employees from a diverse range of cultures.

Josh John
With over a decade of experience in the crane industry, Josh has excelled in various industry roles and gained extensive local and global experience. An expert in crane maintenance and breakdowns, Josh has a history of working locally for Tadano Oceania, Sarens Australia, as well as for Mader Group in Eritrea, Africa as a crane technician, ancillary technical advisor, and mentor. His specialties include crane fault diagnostics and fleet management.
